Gary Stewart

Local chef Gary Stewart originates

from the County Antrim area.

 Gary's culinary expertise is the result of early Swiss training , an abundance of travel , experience in various quality Irish hotels and restaurants and an ability to self teach to keep ahead of food trends and innovation.

Gary's restaurant has gathered plaudits such as the TourismNI "Best Food Tourism experience" 2016, Institute of Hospitality NI "Restaurateur of the year" 2017.  Gary is the current Ulster Chowder Champion and will compete in the All Ireland finals in Kinsale 2018.  As a Food Ambassador Gary is proud to be part of Causeway Foodie's tour locations list and enjoys promoting NI Produce whenever possible.
